Meanwhile, Vancouver businessman Mark Bowen has been nominated to run in the Vancouver-Point Grey riding for the BC Liberal Party, to compete with Attorney General David Eby, who has held the seat since 2011.

“For the past 3 years, David Eby and the NDP have introduced so many taxes and policies that have made life less affordable for everyday British Columbians,” said Bowen. “Now, more than ever, we need a clear economic recovery plan to jumpstart our economy and bring prosperity back to B.C. I am proud and honoured to work alongside Andrew Wilkinson and the BC Liberal team in the upcoming election.”

Bowen is the ninth candidate to be nominated by the BC Liberals for the upcoming election.
